Keys and information kit sent before holiday (keys to be sent back). Linen, towels, etc., included (but not beach towels). House prepared by English manager for arrival. Extras: Daily maid service, baby-sitting, cot hire, etc. can be organised direct with the managers, Home & Away). 50% payment sent upon booking (non refundable). Balance paid 8 weeks prior to holiday - together with £100 deposit for house security - returned within 7 days after return from holiday and return of keys - in the usual event of no damage.
